03/03 –09/06: Senior Psychologist (Contract work at Florida State Prison, Raiford, FL)
- Supervised and managed clinicians providing psychological services to inmates at a maximum-security correctional facility. Supervision included review of all documentation for policy compliance, timeliness, accuracy, professionalism, and clinical appropriateness.
- Provided testing and various marriage, parole, and labor squad evaluations as needed.
- Maintained specialized computer systems (see below), including the daily reporting to all department staff of documentation due. Responsibility includes all caseload assignments and transfers for department.
- Directed Emergency Services Team, responsible for triage of all psychological emergencies including coordination to psychiatric services to ensure appropriate emergency case deposition.
DEVELOPED:
- Computerized data input and tracking system. System organized over 20 required documentation deadlines for 1400+ inmates, providing instant access case management and supervisory reports. Reports simplify caseload monitoring for case managers and enhances efficiency of clinical supervision.
- Computerized Behavioral Risk Assessment system. System allowed Classification and Mental Health Departments to coordinate joint assessment efforts more efficiently. System was recognized by the State of Florida for its significant cost savings.

- Supervised and managed all department operations and staff, including all recruitment, selection, evaluation, disciplinary and staff development functions of agency.
- Developed and monitored both State-regulated and county-oriented budgets of over 3 million dollars.
